We have a brewer’s ten-barrel (BBL) plant consisting of five fermenters; a copper; a mash tun; hot and cold liquor tanks, and conditioning tanks. Wholegrain barley is milled on-site directly into the grist case.
Most of our brewery output is sold within a 25-mile radius of our Radford based brewery.
We produce a variety of beers including traditional bitters, milds, an EPA, and a stout. We use the finest malt and hops sourced mainly from the UK and from other quality hop regions around the world.
As well as our regular real ale range, we brew seasonal ales, specials, and bespoke made-to-order beers for individual pubs, pub chains, and pub companies.
